Complaint and Apologies

사업을 하다 보면 물품 전달이나 매매와 거래 등에서 여러 가지 착오나 실수가 발생할 수 있다. 사업에서는 거래 자체도 중요하지만, 이런 예기치 못한 실수가 일어났을 때 순조롭게 잘 해결하는 것도 중요하다. 어떤 착오가 일어났을 때 상대방이 내게 불평을 하거나, 내가 상대방에게 불평을 해야 할 경우 사용할 수 있는 여러 가지 표현들을 익혀 보자. 또, 불평이 들어왔을 때에 할 수 있는 사과의 표현도 익혀 보도록 하자.

Miss Yoon	Hello, this is Jumi Yoon of Jaewon Products.	안녕하세요? 저는 제원 물품에 있는 윤주미예요.

Miss Yoon	I think there may have been a misunderstanding about our last order.	우리가 마지막으로 주문한 것에 대한 착오가 있었던 것 같아요.
Mr. Bellow	What seems to be the problem?	어떤 것이 문제죠?
Miss Yoon	We've just received the shipment and the goods doesn't appear to be model A-44, which is what we ordered.	방금 화물을 받았는데 제품이 우리가 주문했던 모델 A-44가 아닌 것 같군요.
Mr. Bellow	Oh dear, I'm very sorry. Let me check our records Yes, I'm afraid there has been a slip-up. You've been sent model A-43. I'm very sorry, it's certainly our fault. What do you suggest we should do about it?	아 저런, 대단히 죄송합니다. 기록을 살펴 보죠. 그래요. 착오가 있었던 것 같군요. 모델 A-43을 보냈습니다. 죄홍합니다. 확실히 저희 실수였습니다. 어떻게 해 드리기를 원하십니까?
Miss Yoon	Well, ship us a load of the original order right away and we'll ship the faulty goods back, but you should deduct the shipping expenses of faulty goods from the original price.	그럼 즉시 원래 주문했던 것을 보내 주시면 우리가 잘못 보내진 것을 돌려 보내죠, 하지만 틀린 제품의 운송비는 원가에서 제해 주셔야 합니다.
Mr. Bellow	That sounds fair enough. We can ship tomorrow morning, if that's O.K.?	좋습니다. 내일 아침 선적하겠습니다, 괜찮습니까?
Miss Yoon	That will be fine.	좋습니다.
